Cider/blonde sour hybrid. Love the concept. Mostly sour blonde I flavor with a some cider notes coming through on the edges. Would have liked to see traditional cider apple varieties used instead of Gala and Granny Smith as these come across a bit too sweet and don’t necessarily blend into the rest of the beer well. Still, worth a try and I appreciate the experimentation here.
