Notes:
Brewed with a smidge of Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau hops, this tranquil porch-posting pilsner delivers. We notice aromas of refined fruit championed by tangerine and melon blanketed by an angelic, white froth that makes for a really cool beerstache.

12 fl oz pull-tab can:
"Pilsner" "Crisp lager." 4.8% ABV.
Crisply carbonated almost to the point of sharpness on the palate. Finishes metallic. Malts are there (2-row, pils) but don't taste particularly fresh or robust.
I'd figure this for a budget lager if I tried it blind, but I don't taste any adjunct or anything - it's just an empty shallow shell of a lager with no recognizable Noble hop flavour (e.g. grassiness, spice) or fresh pilsner malt flavour. Doubt they used multidecoction mashing.
Clean and easy drinking when cold, but not a contender in the pilsner style.

I am from Oklahoma so I am partial to OK beers so I think this is a pretty good one, in the style, overall. It seems a bit grassy to me and I can't say that I totally love the finish, but other than that it is a good Pilsner beer.

Had in a 1L serving at the source in OKC.
Pours a nice straw color. White head is thick - starts off about 2 fingers then fades to about half a finger, but the half finger width holds for some time. Lacing is better than expected.
The aroma isn’t super strong, but there is some citrus and hops present.
In the taste, I initially get citrus, hops, and a buttery froth taste. Soon after the citrus fades and I am left with a bready, hoppy goodness.
Feel is medium body with high carbonation. It’s a little bit heavier than I was expecting from the look alone, but not offensively.
Overall, a pretty good take on German pilsner style. Decently refreshing, and pretty easy to drink by itself or with a meal.

Served keg fresh in OKC. To me this tastes sort of half way between an authentic German pils and an American lager. It’s lacking that buttery nutty taste the real German pils are known for. Nice for sure but not really worthy of the title.

Pours a bright & effervescent straw color with 2+ pearl colored head. Nice lacinfg & abive average head retention
S: Bready, a little grassy, some perfumy hops as well
T: Bready, a touch of lemon, some grainyness & a little dryness up front, some soapy notes ( I get this in Pils all the time ). Sweetness, breadyness, dryness & more soapy notes as this warms. Finishes dry, grassy with a little lemon & breadyness
MF: Medium body, firm carbonation, nicely balanced
Well done Pils, no flaws in this one, maybe a little more ABV, not quite as good as Scrimshaw, but no slouch

On tap. Pours a golden color with a one finger, white head that leaves some lacing. Nose of cloves, wheat, and spicy hops. Taste is a nicely spiced wheat beer with delightfully floral and spicy hops laced throughout. Medium body and medium carbonation.
It's overhopped for a german pilsner, but a very good americanized take on the style. If a brewery can handle a pilsner, that's a very encouraging sign.

Canned on 09/24/18.
Appearance
Two finger white creamy head that falls to thin film. Moderate lacing. Pale straw-gold color. Slight haze.
Aroma
Low-moderate pale malt aroma, crackery, biscuity. Low to moderate citrus (key limes? clementines?) and melon from the hops. Low amount of fresh cut grass and herbs (think dill and cannabis)
Flavor
Clean, sweet pale malt up front and balancing noble hop bitterness to balance. Has a strong citrus aftertaste, not very German.
Mouthfeel
Light Mouthfeel and Light to Moderate CO2 for style.
Overall
A tasty and worthy Pils with a significant deviance in all four sensory channels. It is well made, has a formidable Pils malt base but deviates in the way it is hopped. If you hare looking for a good but unusual interpretation of the German Pils, try this one.
