First we aged this stout in a blend of rum and maple bourbon barrels. After the barrel aging, we added cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans, lactose and coconut milk. The resulting beer is a rich, creamy, cinnamony stout. Nachooooo!

Dark shiny brown in color. Aroma of coconut, booze and more coconut and booze with some plum and grape to liven things up. Quite complex as expected with cinnamon, pie crust, maple syrup and lactose preceding a boozy rum finish. Soft and welcoming and demands respect or you will find yourself SMACK on the ground crying for mommy and wallowing in your own puke!
