I had this beer on-tap in a stange at the brewery. This is the 2024 version.
Appearance: rich orange hue with a thick haze and a finger of ivory foam leaving a good lace on the glass. Pretty!
Smell: sweet malt with a rich and juicy citrusy aroma. I’m into it!
Taste: hops are more dank and tropical than citrusy when compared with the aroma. Sweet malt adds to the juiciness factor. Really good stuff.
Mouthfeel: medium rich body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: tasty, rich, and juicy double hazy. Hitting the spot today.

Poured from a 12 oz can
Pours a bright shade of gold, slightly hazy. Foamy white head starts off two fingers - good retention and lacing.
Smell - mainly citrus but there are some light tropical notes as well (passion fruit, maybe some guava). Smells like it will be overly sweet but it isn’t.
Taste follows the nose. Citrus and tropical fruits are predominant with a great balance of hoppy bitterness. Main fruits I taste are orange, tangerine, passion fruit, nectarines, etc. There is a bit of bread present.
Feel is very good - medium to light for an 8%er. Good strong carbonation. Very smooth. Finish is long and maintains the characteristics of the taste pretty closely.
Overall - yet another outstanding beer from Stonecloud. Give it a go!

Pours an effervescent & hazed gold with 3 fingers of pearl colored head. sheets of lacing, very good head retention
S: Citrus & tropical notes
T: Oranges, kiwi fruit & nectarines up front and some breadyness. Tangerine & grassyness as this warms along with a little lime, plus a little mango. Finishes with bready dryness, sweet orange & a little lime
MF: Medium body, fairly firm carbonation, nice balance
Super drinkability, best beer I've had from these guys. Would certainly buy it again

Poured from can into tulip good 3 finger off white head, great retention and lacing. Bright orange opaque in the glass, orange juice with a head. Smells of sweet malt, citrus, pineapple, mango and a slight underlying dankness. Initial malt sweetness that carries thru to the finish, tangerine, pineapple, mango and passion fruit. Very mild bitterness on the finish, enough to finish out the sip. There is a lingering sweetness/grapefruit left on the palate that is nice. No discernable alcohol, nice for an 8%. I really think of this as more of a NEIPA vs an American. Tons of hop without any vegetal taste or hop burn. Nice beer.

Canned 11/25/19. Pours a very hazy yellow with a short white head that thins quickly. Nice lacing. Aroma is slight melon and white wine. Tastes follows aroma, with a dry bite at finish. Feel is medium, more thick than thin. A solid mosaic hazy DIPA worthy of attention.

Picked this beer up on my way through OKC on the advice of a very helpful employee at Byrons Liquor. Very smooth and drinkable for a double IPA. No harsh alcohol taste like some beers at this alcohol level. Refreshing taste and sits light, and finishes clean, leaving you wanting more. Poured from a can into a pint glass. Hazy light color. Just enough foam. Like my favorite OKC beer, Coop F5, it has great hop flavor, and leaves you happy.
The can indicates 8% abv. I wish I had bought a case instead of a 4 pack, unfortunately OKC is 700 miles from me.

A fairly hazy orange brew with a smidge of tan froth atop. Aroma is strong with passion fruit, melon and white grape. There's also a fruit explosion on the tongue with more passion fruit and melon followed by lingering grapefruit, herb and fruit zest. A sprinkle of sugar is also noticed. Medium in body and the alcohol shows but doesn't steal the show.
So glad to have fresh Stonecloud available all day. Can't think of many breweries I would trade for em', and beers like this are exactly why that is so.

Another great beer from Stonecloud. I'm really liking what these guys are putting out. I believe this is a double IPA at 8% but not certain. The can has doesn't even have the name of the beer except for on the date stamp on the bottom of the can. Great Mosaic hop flavor, tropical and a bit dank. Good stuff.
