On tap in the taproom in OKC:
Pours a just slightly hazy orange with a foamy white head. Good retention and lacing.
Aroma is a bit subdued, but from it you get grapefruit, and (I think) one of the lighter kinds of grapes.
Taste has a strong grapefruit and hops characteristic up front. A bit of orange peel comes in at the end along with a touch of sweet malt to balance it out. Not overly bitter, not sweet. Finish is quick and dry.
The feel is interesting. It resembles a lager in smoothness and carbonation, but it lightly bites the tongue just as a typical IPA would. Very smooth.
Overall - incredible. I like a few of their various “pale ales” better, but I still have yet to taste a single brew from Stonecloud that I do not like.

Golden orange in color with a chill haze. Big notes of grapefruit in the aroma with some pith and white grape mixed in. More grapefruit on the tongue alongside some orange zest, more pith light fruits and a bit of sugar sweetness. Not as dry as a kolsh and not as full-bodied as an IPA. And that makes for a dang fine combination.
