Brewed with Strata, Motueka and Vic Secret.
In honor of the beautiful mural our good friend @cbarboza_art did for us this year, tomorrow we bring you Ziggy Hopdust. An ode to the man, the myth, the legend Ziggy Stardust aka David Bowie. This mural represents people that stood proud in their believes and went against the grain, even when it wasn’t the most popular opinion. We love it so much and think it is a great addition to the #OKC art scene. Here at Stonecloud we feel lucky to get to work with great artists like @cbarboza_art and our designer, @kenziemcfeely. #supportlocalartists

Pours a completely opaque and turbid light orange color. Thick 3-4 finger sudsy white head form, lingers, and then slowly starts to dissolve and collapse until just a thin layer of foam remains on top of the beer. Splotchy white lacing is left on the glass as the beer is consumed. Aroma is a pungent and delicious array and bright fresh fruit notes. Notes of orange, tangerine, mango, melon, with a light orange creamsicle note coming through.
Taste follows the nose with notes of orange, mango, and a light, but nice green hop bite. Underlying the fruit flavors is a biscuit malt backbone. The profile is a really nice, "classic" NEDIPA. Well executed, and flavorful. Feel is medium to full bodied, smooth, with a moderate, but lively carbonation.
Overall its a very nice NEDIPA.

DIPA brewed with Strata, Motueka, & Vic Secret hops
Pours a hazed gold with a thumb of cream colored head. Superior head retention & lacing
S: Green melon, mango,
T: Follows the nose, some oranges, powdery dryness, a little lime up front. A little more green melon, dryness, some strawberry & oranges as this warms. Finishes dry with pomelo, a little mango & strawberry
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation, very nice balance
This is as probably as much a New England IPA as a DIPA, but what ever you call it' tasty & damn drinkable. Nose could be better, fades a bit down the stretch
