As traditional as it gets. Our Irish Red is malty and smooth with a beautiful red hue. Low in bitterness, with a touch of roast and a toffee-like finish.

Appearance:
Amber-red, clear, buff head with moderately sized bubbles and lacing
Aroma:
Bready malts, slightly nutty and slightly sweet smelling, light toffee. No discernable hop character, except a slight earthy spicy note that may be the hops. (but that's not the point of Irish Red)
Flavor:
Biscoff biscuits and pale malts. Minimal bitterness. Spicy/earthy hops. Dry, crisp finish.
Mouthfeel:
Light to medium with moderate CO@ and a very slight roasty astringency that is expected from the malts used.
Overall:
A competent and enjoyable Red ale.
