Very dark brown with not a lot of head
Not a very strong smell with no notes sticking out to me
A very yummy taste with some bitterness to it but a very smooth/dry taste
Very very creamy with a nice warm feel on the tongue
Overall, a nice beer, definitely a beer for the winter storm right now. Would love to try more by this brewer

Dark brown with amber hints. Nutty aroma for the most part, followed by some notes of caramel. Sweet and nutty going down, and has a slight dark chocolate hit at the end. Has an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel.
Great take on a classic here.

Look:
Can says "Oatmeal Brown Ale". Pours to clear brownish-red color and thin head with erratic lacing.
Sniff:
Nutty, toasty malts. Low earthy hops.
Sip:
Dry and toasty, oatmeal graininess coming through. No discernable hop characteristics.
Swish:
Thin mouthfeel for an oatmeal-containing beer. A touch astringent.
Think:
It's pretty tasty. But nothing too special.

Pours a ruddy chestnut with Thumb of tan head. Some head retention & lacing
S: Toasty, some leafy hops
T: Follows the nose, dry, a touch of woody & peppery hops up front. Toasty & dry with woody hops as this beer warms up, some leafy hops as well. Very dry finish with woody & grassy hops, plus toastyness
MF: Medium body, fairly firm carbonation, well balanced
Nice old school brown, easy to drink
