Pours a black color. 1/3 inch head of an off-tan color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of strong sweet malt, oatmeal, slight chocolate, and slight citrus. Fits the style of an American Stout. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong sweet malt, oatmeal, roasted malt, slight chocolate, and slight citrus. Overall, good appearance, pomegranate is too subtle, average otherwise.
