Pours a clear mahogany color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of caramel malt, bread dough, pale malt, slight sweet malt, and a hint of alcohol. Fits the style of an American Amber/Red Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is an elevated dryness. Tastes of caramel malt, bread dough, pale malt, slight sweet malt, and a hint of alcohol. Overall, good appearance, malt dominated, and overly dry.
