Perhaps it's the heat, but this beer is rather good. Pours a light golden/dark yellow colour, with a decent one finger head. Bit of lace left on the glass. Enough carbonation to keep the head firm, but not so much that it feels like coca cola. Smells a bit hoppy, almost peppery. Some malt in the background, and mild fruit. Apples. Tastes a bit sweeter than the smell, though the hops and pepper still have a kick. Apple aftertaste. Pretty good. Crisp, clean mouthfeel. Drinkable on a hot day like today.
