Hazy gold under a good sized head. Settles to a full thin cap and leaves some lace as you go. Soft nose of coriander and grain and yeast that is appetizing. A bit of lemon, but unexpectedly bitter and with a dry finish. Not the comfy thing I enjoy out of a hefe. A bit of metallic as well, but an enjoyable grainy after taste. AS things warm up the taste of alcohol becomes quite noticeable. In the end, it just doesn't hang together for me. A few too many discordant notes, not enough straight up hefe joy.
