A: dark black in color with a small tan head.
S: Brown sugar and caramel.
T: tart and acidic up front with lingering caramel, roasted grain and a touch of smoke.
M: medium light in body with fairly active carbonation, puckering, dry finish.
O: overall interesting, not amazing, but complex and unexpected.
