This kettle-soured American gose was aged for months in tequila barrels to impart a deep agave character reminiscent of port wine, strawberries, and peaches. Hints of lime and coriander combine with mild funkiness and a touch of oak to give this tart, golden ale a surprisingly complex character.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color with some hints of amber hues. It poured with a thin white collar around the edge of the glass and a patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light aromas of tequila barrels are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has notes of sourness and hints of chili peppers and vanilla from the barrels.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
