We soured our favorite saison and conditioned it on hundreds of pounds of blackberry, blueberry and boysenberry to produce this shockingly purple, delightfully sour brew with intense berry flavor and a bright pink head. A big, Belgian fruit-bomb.

Pours a reddish purple with fine pink head.
Smell is tart with notes of raspberries, blueberries, black currants and hints of lime, vanilla and sweetness.
Taste is tart with a little bit of sweetness. Notes of raspberries, raspberry jam, black currants, lime and blueberries. A bit vinous with well hidden alcohol.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, an excellent sour with plenty of depth.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Growlers to Go - Short Pump, poured into a snifter glass. had a dark, purple / red color and a thick, viscous, smoothie-like consistency. There was a thin, off white head that quickly dissipated. Good lacing.
S: A fruity and sour aroma of berries (of course), Belgian yeast, malt, and a little citrus fruit.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (barely a presence), light citrus fruit (orange), a ton of berries (blackberries and blueberries especially), and a bit of Belgian-style yeast. An incredibly sweet, tart, sour, and lively flavor. It's packed with berries, but you don't care that it's almost a one-note flavor. Delicious.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a vibrant finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A truly enjoyable and unusual (for a saison) beer. Drinkable.
