Our secret is out! We made this generously dry-hopped hazy DIPA ale with Norwegian farmhouse kveik yeast and Cashmere, Vic Secret, and Mosaic hops to produce a deliciously hoppy brew with low bitterness and aromas of pineapple, peach, and raspberry.

Aroma explodes citrus then dissipates but nice inch head. Smooth feel and finish. Goes down quick and easy poured from can medium gold. Sessionable at 7.8 is bad news.

20 bucks for 4 pints, but whatever, I hate myself, let's just do this.
Pour is very orange-yellow and hazy, like something from Bissell Bros. circa 2015. Nice, retentive white head.
Aroma is subdued but somehow still sharp. Very fruity, medium bitter, but not all that present.
Flavor is straightforward and very smooth. No rough edges. Also nothing interesting, really. It's all academic at this point. Rote.

13 oz tulip glass pour at Lures Bar & Grille. Pours a hazy eggshell yellow with a creamy off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature tropical fruit, citrus rind, wheat, and an earthy yeastiness that is new to me - must be the kveik yeast. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy with just a hint of warming alcohol. Overall it's a unique and tasty NEIPA.

16 oz can from Craft Beer Cellar- DC. Hazy, milky pour., filmy head. Taste and aroma bring tropical and stone fruit notes, finishing with some dryness.

16 oz can dated 5/17 poured into a snifer glass. Pours a hazy orange color with a finger of white head that leaves nice lacing around the glass.
Smells of pineapple and cracker malts.
Taste is juicy pineapple and peach with low bitterness.
Feel is very smooth and coats the tounge. Medium carbonation.
Overall, an enjoyable double IPA, I just prefer a bit more bitterness.
