Look: Deep gold, verging on amber, with visible carbonation. A finger of foamy white head with excellent retention.
Smell: Soapy hops, spices, banana.
Taste: Sweet and fruity, with minimal hop flavor. Bready malt aftertaste with a hint of bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Average body, very high and tingling carbonation.
Overall: A complex and tasty tripel that doesn’t taste nearly as boozy as it is.

Strong yeast. Bubblegum? Meh. Enigma hops adds interesting touch. Like something different. Excellent overall.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Growlers to Go - Short Pump, poured into a snifter glass. Had a golden yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch, foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: An enticing aroma of dank hops, Belgian yeast, malt, and fruit.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of Belgian-style yeast (not a huge factor), a lot of fruit (apricot), a light bubblegum flavor, some malt, and a surprising amount of dank hops. A lively and interesting flavor. It's not your typical tripel flavor - the Enigma hops see to that - but it is sweet and vibrant. Quite well-balanced and tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A well made interesting take on the tripel style. Drinkable.
