L: Had this beer on-tap at Vasen, poured into a snifter glass. Had a bright orange color and a very cloudy consistency. There was a 3/4" creamy, long-lasting head. Very good lacing.
S: A sharp aroma of funky Belgian-style yeast, tropical fruit, stone fruit, wood, hops, and a vinous quality.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of wood (it was aged in oak barrels), some tropical fruit (pineapple, in particular), a little of the vinous quality (white wine), lots of funky brettanomyces, raspberries, and cherries as well. A sweet, funky, and zesty flavor. It has a good balance of fruit and brett, giving it a lively quality. Quite tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a vibrant finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An interesting, easy to drink beer. Drinkable.
