Notes: Stay up all night and get funky with our latest Brett farmhouse ale! After aging for nearly 2 years in our pair of giant oak foeders (foo-ders), the beer from each vessel was carefully combined and keg-conditioned for another 3 months to create this complex, deep golden draught. This release is more funky and has less oak than our previous foeder blend, and flavors of peach and strawberry balance the classic Brett combo of cherry pie and ripe pineapple. Funky, smooth, and a bit tart.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Vasen, poured into a snifter glass. Had an orange-yellow color and a slightly hazy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Average lacing.

S: A decent, but not brilliant, aroma of Belgian-style yeast, wood, tropical fruit, and stone fruit.

T: Tasted of some tropical fruit (pineapple), some stone fruit (cherries), a hint of strawberries, a bit of peach, a lot of wood (the oak barrels), and a good amount of brettanomyces. A sweet and funky beer, but a little on the thin side. You can certainly get a sense of all the ingredients, but they're not overly pronounced. Still, not bad.

F: A decent amount of carbonation with a smooth, if a little thin, finish. Light-bodied.

O: Not a bad beer beer, but certainly uneven. Worth a look, though.
