We blended beer aged for 1.5 years in our huge oak foeders with our rye saison and conditioned the resulting blend for another 8 months to produce this funky, fruity farmhouse ale with a bit of rye spice. Tropical aromas of mango and pineapple combine with light Brett funk and an oaky finish. A funky, yet friendly farmhouse ale.

Has some funk, but not much. It also is very lacking in sourness. It just tastes old, but not all that interesting. A good try at something different but a miss.
