Pours hazy, but not murky, with a medium creamy head that.leaves nice lacing. Nice tropical nose with a lot of grassy herbal notes and orange as well. Juicy tropical flavor, but also an off note that I cant quite put my finger on. maybe a little more sweetness than I'd prefer. Very good beer but I feel it could be tweaked a little.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a yellow / orange color and a cloudy consistency. There was an inch of creamy, extremely long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of hops, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, and malt.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish), a good shot of citrus fruit (orange and lemon, to be specific), a soft hops presence (not overdone, especially for a DIPA), and some tropical fruit (mango, in particular). A light, sweet, and lively flavor. No one element overpowers the others. It's quite fruity, but never particularly cloying. Tasty stuff.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A well made and enjoyable DIPA. Drinkable.

Can:
Kind of a dirty orange/yellow look, with heavy haze and a good fluffy head. Foam perseverance and lacing is quite good.
Nose is a little weird, with I think oat (cereal-like, whatever it is) coming through a little stronger than I’d like. There’s a little coconut lime kinda thing I get from Montueka, though this is Azacca and Southern Passion according to the site. Definitely some juicy tropical fruit as well, but they mix in with the other notes.
Taste opens much more fruity than the nose indicated, especially when the beer is colder. Tropical mango, guava, with a splash of dry citrus. The cereal oat creeps forward as the beer warms, and as the juice fades, a little lactose-like sweetness comes in (not that it’s used - the flavor isn’t pervasive). There’s a lemongrass to pith and grass bitterness that joins the oat rough feel to balance and close out the beer.
Not too bad, I find this a strong, balanced new haze IPA, with some typical retractions, but not enough to drag the beer down.
