L: Had this beer on-tap at Growlers to Go - Short Pump, poured into a pint glass. Had a golden yellow color and an extremely cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of hops, tropical fruit, citrus fruit, and malt.
T: Tasted of a below average amount of hops (a more subtle presence than usual), a lot of citrus fruit (tangerine, in particular,, with some grapefruit thrown in), a hint of pine (just enough), light malt (a fleeting presence), and a good amount of tropical fruit (pineapple). This is a light, sweet, and juicy flavor. Quite tasty.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a smooth and creamy finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An excellent, well made NE IPA. Drinkable.

01/07/20 stamp. Poured into Samuel Adams Perfect Pint. Thanks to Dave Souza for “gifting” this can to me out of the interest of sharing great beer — thanks Dave!
A: Hazy pineapple juice golden with 2-finger frothy white head with good retention and several broken stripes of lacing.
S: Aroma is a touch muted although initially is heavy with passionfruit, pineapple, guava, and mango with citrus.
T: The flavor is unique because of the slightly hairy edge to the bitterness which I think is due to the kviek yeast which provides a lot of fruitiness along with the extra character. Fruity flavors heaviest with pineapple but followed up with passionfruit, peach, guava, and grapefruit. Bitterness is medium with citrus fruity yeast character.
M: Beautiful heavy, soft, thick feel with dry finish with low/medium carbonation.
O: Very enjoyable power-packed hazy DIPA with unique fruity yeast character and exceptional feel. Thanks again Dave for generously insisting I give it a try.

Pours golden and hazy. Papaya, passionfruit, and tangerine on the nose. Tropical fruit up front. Mango, papaya, passionfruit, guava. There's a citrus rindy quality to it that breaks up that tropical fruity sweetness. Very clean, no lingering hop character. It's a really nice collaboration.
