L: Had this beer on-tap at Growers to Go - Short Pump, poured into a pint glass. Had a bright yellow color and an extremely cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Below average lacing.
S: A very enticing aroma of tropical fruit, citrus fruit, malt, salt, and spice.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (present throughout, though smothered by the other elements), lots of citrus fruit (tangerine, in particular), a ton of tropical fruit (the advertised calamansi), a hint of salt, and some spice (coriander). This is a light, super sweet, and lively flavor. Delicious.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp, lively finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: A thoroughly enjoyable beer. Drinkable.
