Our crisp, malty Radapils is named after Radagast, the old Slavic god of hospitality, fire, and the evening sky, as well as a wizard of Middle-earth. Czech Saaz and German Hersbrucker hops contribute light herbal and floral aromas to provide balance to classic lager flavors in this extraordinarily smooth brew.

6 oz draft pour at Lures Bar & Grille. This is an absolutely beautiful German pilsner, in every aspect. Pours a clear light yellow color, aroma and flavor feature clean crackery malt with grassy/spicy noble hops and light citrus notes. Mouthfeel is crisp and well-carbonated. Overall, simply a wonderful beer.

Pale gold appearance showing off a large white head that left a web of lace. Flowery, herbal hop aroma that had a cracker-like edge. Flavor starts off on a solid malt footing until the noble hops step up along with an added touch of spiciness. Finishes crisp and clean.

From the side pull tap, direct from the brewery.
Looks beautiful. Bam!
Light, crisp, with a bready nose and a light grassy hop finish on the sip. Enjoyed fresh from the source.

From the pint can, it pours a clear yellow color with a nice white head that does last a while and leaves lacing. The nose gets a lightly bitter grassy scent, followed by the mouth getting a pilsner bitter flavor with a mild bitter aftertaste. Decent pils.

Canned 7/29/21; drank 8/10/21 @ Form Over Function Rosslyn.
See-through yellow appearance.
Big bright white head; frothy lace.
Corn, dry yeast & mild caramel notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Same flavors as the nose, but with a skunky finish. Decent but forgettable.

Really nice looking pilsener in the glass with 2 finger head and clear yellow body. Head retention didn't hold up however but for a few minutes it looked spectacular. Aroma is bready and also noticing the German hops a little bit. Taste is very nice balance of bready malt and hop crispness in finish and a touch of flavor hops coming through (but very, very subtle..the bittering hops in finish are more present. Overall a very high level classic pilsener.

Can dated 1/30:
Despite Pils in the name, the website doesn't mention this beer being a Pilsner, just a "lager" with Saaz and Hersbrucker.
Golden clear body with a couple fingers of head that ends as a film and a medium thick ring. Nose is crusty bread with an orchard fruit aroma more similar to some saisons than I'm used to for a German/Czech hopped beer (and especially fruity for a classic Pilsner). Taste is more of the fruit with a more neutral malt profile. A little neavier than light, but still quite easy to drink with just under medium carbonation bite.
By name, I was thinking Pilsner, and it doesn't scratch that itch for me. It's a decent, easy drinking fruity lager that isn't showing much scpice from the Saaz, which may help for my overall enjoyment.
