From the bottom of the can: "02/14/2410:49:02 MY BLOODY VALENTINE"
Appearance: It has a soft pink color when poured and in the glass it takes on the appearance of ruby red grapefruit. The body is completely opaque. It is a very pretty looking beer. It has a short white cap that is short-lived and leaves no lacing.
Aroma: There isn't much going on with the aroma. It has a bit of a lemon and raspberry scent that smells like a standard Gose but that is a very light scent.
Taste: It has a light bit of tart nondescript fruit up front with a touch of cream of wheat. The flavor stays consistent to the finish. It tastes alright but there isn't much to pick out aside from the cream of wheat flavor. It tastes like a pretty average Gose.
Mouthfeel: It is full bodied, smooth, and creamy. There is a light tartness to the beer which gives it some character and keeps it from being too heavy on the tongue. It has light carbonation.
Overall: The text on the side of the label states that this is a "GOSE-STYLE ALE WITH BLOOD PEACH." The peach character comes through in the appearance but it doesn't seem to come through in the aroma or flavor. The beer just has a standard Gose character which is indistinguishable from any specific fruit flavor or aroma. It's still a pretty nice beer but it isn't something I would recommend to people who enjoy peach or want a more fruit-forward beer. I probably wouldn't buy it again but this one was enjoyable enough to drink.
