You’ve found an absolute crusher! A combination of Centennial, Chinook, Cascade and Amarillo hops contribute classic flavors of sweet citrus fruit, pine and light floral notes. It features a huge pink grapefruit flavor, bolstered by our use of thiolized yeast. Moderately bitter, refreshing and bursting with flavor–Peregrine captures some of our favorite qualities of a pale ale.
