Not one of my favorite styles, but this beer does the job!!! A number of beers in this style mix up some strange ingredients, lactose and overly sweet fruitiness. Baja Sour combines mild sourness with pineapple, mango and lime flavors in a clean, fruity sour brew. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a Stone RIS tulip, this beer has a clear, orange color with lots of carbonation in the body and a bubbly white head. that fades fairly quickly. Minimal lacing. Aroma and taste are fruity, moderately sour with some bitterness from the lime. Good clean flavor with no oddball ingredients or lactose. Mouthfeel is light, tart and fruity with good carbonation. I had it with cheese and crackers and some sliced apples. and it workedwell.
