I had this beer on tap in a tulip glass at the brewery in Snohomish.
Appearance: medium yellow hue with a light haze and a thin finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: a nice, light farmhouse funk with a kind of earthy grassiness to it. Quite nice.
Taste: earthy and moderately funky, like a saison. Hops are a little grassy and even a little minty. Bitterness is balanced and everything works well together.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a very nice execution of a Belgian-style IPA and would be a great table beer with a meal.
