Draft at Radio. Golden pour, dark, foggy, thin head, served with lime. Lime affects the aroma and taste. Simple, grainy lager underneath. Easy to drink, refreshing.

Never heard of this brewery until just recently. I am stoked to try what they offer. I am currently searching for the perfect summer beer. I have located a few contenders. The beer is 36 degrees and served in Willie Belcher glass. A frothy, airy, and creamy bright white two-fingered head with above average retention. The slow dissipation left gobs of lacing on the glass. The color charts around SRM 4, pale gold with straw yellow hues. The brilliant clarity shows a few lazy carbonations floating to the top.
The first aromas in the beer are sweet corn (not the cooked cream corn variety), a touch of earthiness, and lightly sweet malts. Nosing the glass several times, I detect light floral esters, bay leaves, grass, and crackers.
Taking several small sips, I taste sweet corn, crackers, lightly toasted bread, floral esters, resin, eucalyptus, earthiness, and bay leaves.
The mouthfeel has a slight carbonic bite and is a bit tannic. The body is medium-light, has medium carbonation, and has a medium finish.
This is a refreshing take on an Adjunct Lager. The malt beer is balanced, and the hops profile is a touch aggressive but not overbearing. This beer would make a backyard BBQ enticing.
