We were there 5 years ago, maybe longer. We were looking for a place to eat and have a beer and someone recommended this place. They said that they weren't officially open yet but were doing a soft opening. It was about 7:30 when we got there and a fair amount of people for not being officially open. The aroma from the BBQ was great, you could smell it almost 2 blocks away. Everybody was friendly and a great vibe. Would love to go back if we get to the area again.

I visited TT's while exploring the valley brewery scene a few weeks ago with a friend of mine. On my visit they had 12 beers on tap plus a guest cider, including 4 IPAs (among them a fruited milkshake IPA and a black IPA), a couple lagers, a couple stouts, a pale, a Scotch ale, and a blonde. The hazy IPA and the rice lager were my favorites among the beers I tried, although the Belgian pale and oatmeal stout were decent as well. Overall, beer quality was not bad.
The build out reflects the fact that it's a BBQ joint, so a bit restaurant-ey, with an industrial look but a nice wood bar and a chill vibe. The service at the bar was good, and we had a nice chat with one of the brewers.
As far s the food, the BBQ itself is great. I had a brisket sandwich and it was the bomb.

this place is fantastic! i have been hearing more about their bbq than their beer, and finally had the chance to pop in and check out both. the space is obviously new, or newly redone, but sort of built to have a southern, western, and old timey saloon vibe, little tin roof awnings and some wood trim and such, high ceilings, great smells of pit smoked food and fresh ale, a lively scene in here on a weeknight too. they have a patio out front for the nicer weather, seating for a fair few, and an impressive list of about a dozen beers on tap, maybe more. there is a food line and ordering counter on one side of the bar with a big menu above it. i got instantly greeted by one of the several people behind the bar, some taking food orders, some pouring beer, all were real nice and helpful. it being taco tuesday, i ended up with some pork and some barbacoa beef tacos, both were insanely good, and now i need to get back here for more conventional barbecue items, super tasty, unique too, and just downright delicious, i could have eaten a dozen of them, but the portions were great and the prices fair. i crave more of that meat. food came out fast too! i had time for two beers, which were a generic and less refreshing than it should have been mexican lager, and a quite solid smoked scotch ale, which makes sense in a place like this. neither was amazing, neither was bad, i think the beer menu was a touch safe on the whole, but to see a smoked beer and a black ipa on the same list is good enough for me most of the time. the beer tastes just a little amateurish to me, like its still evolving, but they have a real good thing going here when combined with the food, and i see why they have such a good reputation already. the food was definitely good enough to go back for, and i will do that for sure. beers were drinkable, and i need to get back to try more of them. glad this place exists, exceptional food!
