Our house pale ale and flagship beer. Citrusy, juicy and soft in all the right places. We take heaps of Citra and Azacca and combine with our house water treatment and yeast for a year round crowd pleaser.

L: Cloudy, butterscotch colour with two fingers of long-lasting, foaming, white head that leaves sheets of lacing.
S: Lemon barley water.
T: Lemon blossom, soft citrus and tropical fruit plus more than a hint of dusty yeast.
F: Light but dry.
O: A soft, floral, yeasty pale ale. A nicely balanced and easy-drinking session beer.
