Amber orange color with a thick huge off-white head with decent retention.
Aroma with notes of Green tea, moth balls, cardamom and ginger.
Flavor with notes of red berries, cardamom, green tea, pine, star anise, pepper and ginger. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness and finishing with spices.
Light body with effervescent carbonation.
The hidden base might be of an Scottish Ale, but the Chai with lots of spices is what really shows up intensively. Awkwardly refreshing.
