Fresh at the brew pub.
Hazy murk brown color with a thick head with medium retention. Hope this is drinkable and a Déjà-vu from their traditional Hefe.
Yeasty aroma with predominant notes of banana, orange marmalade and cloves. Dry and yeasty aftertaste.
Flavor with notes of banana, lots of cloves, Brazilian guaraná, lemon grass and oranges.
Light to medium body with good carbonation.
Dunkelweizen on the lighter side, but not flavorless.
