Kulhuse, 29/3 2024. 50 cl bottle from the far away Island of Læsø. Yellow label with the red logo with the shape of Læsø.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden amber with a mid-sized off-white head. Bubbly. Disappearsvafter a dozen seconds.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a sugary touch of honey. Bread, tosted malts, white sugar. Citrus and orange.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetnees followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweet but not cloying take on a Honey Brew.

Pours a murky brown color with some heavy sediment and an orange film on top.
Smells of an unpleasant sourness atop some toffee malts.
Tastes entirely sour, with nothing else to pick up clearly.
Another accident, this was as well from tap, but completely undrinkable. If you like rolling the dice, this is for you, otherwise stay away from this brewery, which apparently does not like to sanitize.
