Pours a slightly clouded golden-yellow color with a soon vanishing white head.
Smells of perfumy, sugar coated pine and gummi bears, balanced by a green tea herbal presence.
Drinks fairly light, with a soft, yet vivid carbonation, creating an enjoyable, refreshing mouthfeel.
Tastes of scented wood, drizzled with rock sugar, gaining a bitter note from long steamed green tea. Its bitter note transforms into a dough accompanied rock sugar foundation, with a sparkly, mineralic peak. Finishes with allspice and cardamom, tied together by its initial herbal quality.
A little too sweet to be completely enjoyable, although the unusual herb composition does establish a unique flavor profile, somehow mirroring the great diversity which is to be found on the island itself.
