Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Cloudy (unfiltered), pale straw colored body. Milky white head, which becomes a thin cap and full ring. Leaves behind short strings of lacing.
Aroma of tangy wheat malt, banana, and cloves.
Taste follows the nose. Sweet but tangy wheat malt, with grassy notes. Banana and cloves expand throughout the profile. All flavors persust in the aftertaste.
Medium plus mouthfeel. Clean finish. Tangy but not bitter. Very good carbonation.
Checks all the boxes for style, along with a subdued sweetness.
