Capped bottle: Bright very pale straw color with good activity. Cloudy and murky with the yeast pour. Slightly foamy white 2 finger head, lasting around 2-5 minutes, with poor legs but decent swirl reaction. Flavors of lemon, pears, light grapefruits, sweet barley, wheat, honey, and floral hops. Fluffy medium to full body with extra crispy carbonation, almost champagne like. Medium strength finish, a bit tart and funky, mostly fruity and zesty, ending with a rich hoppy flowery effect and a straw like grainy feel. More flavorful than the usual Berliner having lots of personality and being a little bit dry hopped and noble. Quite sour but still very fresh and not too acidic. Overall high quality craft.
