Pours a big head that settles to a substantial cap. Some spotty lace. Walnut black. Somewhat sharp nose with lots of tar and coffee. Alcohol lurks in the background. Tastes of coffee and ash. Sharp on the palate, some sweetness and a drying finish. A slightly grainy flavour lingers on the tongue. Good enough stuff.
