With its attractive copper color, in keeping with the style guidelines, this amber-colored beer is extremely refreshing with a hint of caramelized malts and a balanced amount of hops. Perfect to accompany smoked meats, spicy foods and grilled meats.

After first visiting 27 years ago and now living in MX for over 10 years, there are very few things I miss.

But, one thing I have missed is GOOD QUALITY craft beers. I have tried beer after beer from “award winning” breweries, with high hopes and expectations only to be disappointed in the end. Once in a while, I will order a 12 pack of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale from Amazon MX or mule some down just to fulfill my desire for a top quality beer. But, it is EXPENSIVE since it is technically not available here.

I recently saw several beers from the Buqui Bichi Brewery offered on Amazon MX and I thought I'd take yet another chance and try a new brewery that claims to be award winning.

I tried the Ambar Ale "Chúcata" and it was AWESOME! Possibly the best Ambar Ale I have ever had! My hope has returned.

If you are a beer snob living in Mexico, TRY THIS BREWERY. You won't be disappointed!

On tap at Cobra Arcade in Tucson, AZ.

This one pours a golden amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like spicy and piney hops, caramel, citrus, and breadiness.

It was really cool to find Mexican craft beer in Tucson, and it's even cooler than this one of the better hoppy amber ales that I've tried. It's got a rich and clean maltiness to it, which is balanced by a nice piney and resinous hop bitterness.

This is medium bodied, and pretty creamy, with a great drinkability.

This was a pretty clutch beer to come across randomly. I really enjoyed it.
