Draft at outdoor event
Pours a med frothy foamy pillowy 1 finger head with med retention, fair lacing, mostly clear tan to golden honey color
Nose nice rich malt, grainy sweet doughy cereal pilsner malt, bready, hint of corn, touch of malt depth maybe single decoction, light floral herbal noble hops
Taste is again very rich grainy malt, grainy sweet doughy pilsner malt, cereal, bready, a bit of soft malt complexity but not a lot, lighter med floral herbal noble hops, with med lighter bitterness, soft lager with med crisp finish and a little spicy hop note
Mouth is med bod, med frothy carb, soft lager
Overall solid Helles, nice malt richness although not as much complexity and depth as the best, but still good, moved to l hop character, enjoyable
