Drank Cantinho Café, Castelo Rodrigo.
A: The body is orange with a prominent haziness. The head is white, half a finger thick but shows good retention and good lacing. However, the colour and the opaqueness are totally wrong for a Belgian (Blonde) Pale Ale.
S: The aroma is filled with malts, toffee and Belgian yeast. Regular aroma.
T: The taste begins with a yeasty sweet profile, having only a minor profile of sweetness from the malts. The end is slightly tart.
M: Body is medium low. Carbonation is good. Alcohol is barely noticeable but too much for a 5.5% beer. Bitterness is very low.
O: It's not a bad beer but it doesn't represent at all the profile of a belgian pale Ale, which I believe it was the main goal here.
