Poured into a tumbler glass.
A: Body is coppery with a light white head that shows medium retention.
S: The aroma is very hop-forward with a greener tone to it, more like a grassier hop profile that resembles portuguese hops - that have little to no fruit tones.
T: It starts mildly sweet with tones of caramel and orange peel but quickly moves on to a big expressive bitterness profile incoming from the extra bitter hops.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is medium. Alcohol is unnoticed. Bitterness is high but not specially good.
O: This profile of hops is something I'm not a fan of. I prefer lighter toned hops or more fruit forward. With that in mind, this is still pretty drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a murky brown color ale with a huge foamy head (gusher) with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of citrusy and earthy hops with caramel malt notes. Taste is also a mix of earthy hops notes with some citrusy notes and some caramel malt with grainy notes. Body is pretty full for style with extreme carbonation. Not really good.
