L: Chestnut coloured with some murky yeast lurking in the liquid. Beautiful beige head that dissapears and leaves lots of lacing.
S: Hard to get much of anything. Some apple and plumes.
T: Lots of subtle flavours without anything standing out. Some sweetness at first and acidity at the end. Marmelade aftertaste.
F: Smooth feel, not so much bubbles. Caresses the tounge like the gentle touch of a woman.
O: Really drinkable and well balanced. Nice contrast to all big beers out there. Lacks the wow factor to get a really high score.
