Blanche De Caledon is a captivating Quebec-style wheat beer that honours the famous Blanche de Chambly. It blends wheat and barley malt seamlessly, while the addition of coriander seeds and orange peel enhances its rich flavours. With the infusion of cashmere hops, it boasts a refreshing lemony taste, balanced by lively carbonation for a delightful and invigorating drinking experience. The addition of authentic Belgian wit yeast imparts additional layers of flavour, including subtle hints of clove and spice.

The production date was 05/28. Poured a 473ml can into a Witbier glass. A two finger fine white head on a cloudy apricot. Lots of lacing. the head sticks around to the end.
Malts and orange in the nose. A spicy finish.
A medium-light body. Good carbonation. This beer was set up to challenge Blanche de Chambly from Unibroue. It's definitely a worthy effort.

Not a bad effort. Comfortable to drink and recognizable at a Witbier. Hazy pale yellow under a fine, soft pillowy head. exceptional in that I don't recall ever drinking a beer where the head literally outlasted the liquid in the glass. Gently spicy, fruiy and yeasty. Worth a try.
Kudos to the brewery for experimenting with an increasingly wide variety of styles and generally managing to pull it off. Some good brews on offer.
