All Ears Golden Ale
Turtle Swamp Brewing

I am a turtle owner so this caught my eye, plus it being a local JP beer. On the pour, it displayed a hazy gold with a white head that disappeared after a couple sips. Kind of a classic ale smell, but the taste really surprised me. It’s sweet! But the after taste leads me to believe it was brewed with swamp water from the turtle swamp! Golden ales typically are refreshing and smooth, almost a good summer beer, but this one gave me sweet corn notes with a strange after taste. I like a little more of bitter style so not my favorite.
