Darker amber color and clear. Lasting modest head which provides a blend of rings and blankets for lace.
Initially, there's a sweet caramel smell. A bit of cotton candy. Little hop bitterness.
Good body with a muted carbonation level. This is a sweeter, Amber-like beer. The sweetness dominates the flavor but there's enough hop to prevent it from becoming cloy. Some alcohol warmth in the swallow along with the bittering hop. The aftertaste is balanced.
