I don't drink zero ABV beers but I thought I would try this one. It is not bad, but it is not "regular" Guinness. It just seems watery and flat to me.

Like Stark LC Lager, this seems to be a beer marketed at calorie-conscious surfer babes on Bali, and in terms of greater Indonesia perhaps they're trying to appeal to Muslims wary of alcohol.
Anyway, contrary to every other Indonesian beer I've seen, this fails to include the qualifying "+/-" symbol with an ABV, so maybe it actually is 0% ABV (though I doubt it; surely there are traces). Additionally, Vitamin B is listed as an ingredient...odd.
Small can bought on Bali:
Ugh...that has some weird heavy off-flavours/artificial garbage notes going on, and it's saccharine as hell. Tastes like sugarcane soda with some specialty malt thrown in. Burnt bread, a dollop of roasted malt.
Fizzy and tooth-dissolving, with heavy sugars obvious even in the texture. Thin and weak on the palate, yet still overcarbonated. Light-bodied, effervescent, and unrefreshing.
I haven't minded Guinness' other low alcohol beers (e.g. Kaliber) so far, but this is pretty foul. Has sort of a kvass-soda vibe going, and none too keen.
D- (1.89) / AVOID

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
