12 ounce can, dating is smudged on it and I can't tell when the canning date is. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this brew! Served in a dimpled mug, the beer pours a somewhat hazy dark gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. The brew smells like toasted/bready malt and some herbal hops. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some apple and floral hops flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a decent enough brew, would like to try this one fresher sometime.

12oz can stamped 071521 (about 6 weeks old) poured into a dimpled mug at 57° Fahrenheit 5.8% ABV 20 IBU. The beer pours mostly bright very light amber with off white colored head. The head recedes to a thin ring and single layer of bubbles. No lacing. The aroma is mild with sweet grain, herbal hops and minerals. The taste is semisweet pale malt with with a nice cracker finish. Herbal and floral hops are moderate in strength with low bitterness and noticeable diacetyl. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a somewhat dry finish. Overall, good except the diacetyl. For me, it ruins a beer that I really enjoy everything else about.

From the growler in a snifter via DEPS in NKY. This mighty fine fest brew
pours a perfect medium amber with a VERY nice head of white foam that subsides
to a thick ring, thin pooling film, and shows very nice lacing. Nose of light
breaded malts, toasted malts, and subtle floral notes of a good German
lager. Flavors hit the perfect note for the style; toasted malts and breaded
malts with caramel and light floral hop notes that are perfectly well crafted
for the style. Excellent mouth feel for the style; medium body, medium light
carbonation that is lightly lively and crisp, and finishing lightly sweet with a touch
of balanced hops on the rear.
Overall, a fantastic lager from a new to me company. Excellent!
Sessionable and crisp.
