12 ounce can, no dating that I could find on it. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a tulip, the beer pours a slightly hazy orange/amber color with about an inch off-white head that stuck around a little while. There's also a decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like orange peel, ginger, bready malt and some pear. The taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some nutmeg and caramel malt noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one, it's a good overall Christmas Ale!

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This decent little warmer pours a luminous
chill hazed amber with a very nice head of off white foam that settles to a thick
ring, thin layer, and displays some very nice lacing. Nose of cinnamon, nutmeg,
orange zest, and caramel malts. Flavors follow the nose with cinnamon, nutmeg,
orange zest, caramel malts, and nicely placed herbal / spicy hop notes. Mouth feel is
medium, medium light carbonation, and an herbal spiced finish.
Overall, a solid little warmer!
Cheers

No one ever said that the tastebuds couldn't celebrate the holidays. And Gravely brewers package up a Christmas lager just for them.
Deeper gold and edging toward amber, Holiday Road carries a bright and clear appearance with a frothy, bubbly and loose cap. As the aromas of toasted sweetness, light fruit and spice mingle on the nose, its taste leads with bread crust, light honey and mild caramelization.
Flowing along the middle palate, the tastebuds are awash with light grain sweetness that wraps around a juicy orchard fruit character and low level holiday spice. As apple, lemon and spiced pear all come to mind, the ale trails into a nearly minty late taste of peppery hops for a gentle offset of sweetness in tea leaf form.
Medium bodied, deceptively strong and flowing like Vienna Lager, the session ends with an elegant malt profile that shows tremendous restraint with the fruit and spice.
