Classy. Greys, stones, animals barrel aging barrels. Clean. Will have to come again to judge when we are not only 2 here.

Despite the fact that it is in a strip mall, Mellow Mink has a warm warehouse feel with a center island bar and plenty of comfortable seating. Cushioned wall benches evoke a modern, inclusive speakeasy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. The brewers are not afraid to be creative with their offerings and have several drinkable sours. A brewery to watch.

Visited this newer brewery during a visit to PA. Opened Labor Day weekend. Located in a commercial area near a grocery store and some restaurants. Parking is easy.
Walking in there is a large rectangular bar with about 20 stools. The bar has a very nice granite top, classy!
There are two servers and beers are all house and listed on some TVs and print menu. Limited snack food available, like candied nuts.
7 beers available for 8 draft lines, served in large glasses, 4 oz pours or 1 oz samples.
Many sours and fruited sours on menu, an oatmeal stout and 2 IPAs. One of the IPAs kicked before we arrived though. The sours were good from the samples I tried.
I went with a large pour of the oatmeal stout. This beer was good but could use a little more darkness in its color and roast in its flavor.
They had about 20 wine barrels aging multiple fruited sours with plans to start releasing those barrel aged brews in 3 months, so March 2019.
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, prices were good and growlers available. They also had a cornhole set for use.
Could be a great visit for sour fans. Hope they broaden their horizon a little, but Ill visit again.
